Shipping

We ship within Ukraine and may arrange international shipping for selected orders. In Ukraine, checkout supports Nova Poshta delivery to a branch or locker when available for your city.

Timing, cost, and available carriers depend on product availability, product type, destination, packaging, and selected delivery method. Custom product production and delivery timing is agreed separately.

Please inspect the package and product on receipt. If damage is visible, document it with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

Checkout may offer online payment and, for Ukraine, cash on delivery when that method is available for the specific order.

An order may wait for payment confirmation, stock verification, or custom-term approval before shipment or production starts.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 14 days after delivery if there is an issue with your order. We will review the case and offer repair, replacement, return, or another resolution depending on the circumstances.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or unique art pieces may be excluded from standard returns when they are of proper quality and match the agreed specification.

Returns must be approved before shipment. Items should be returned in protective packaging, unused and undamaged, except in cases of confirmed defect or shipping damage.
