1. Public offer and seller

These terms describe use of the ATTA website and basic sale terms for products, custom work, and related services. Placing an order or accepting a custom offer in writing means accepting the applicable order terms.

Seller contact details are shown in the footer and contact page. Registration details, invoices, or other transaction-specific documents may be provided separately during order processing.

2. Products, prices, and orders

Images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, availability, and prices on the site are informational until an order is confirmed. Handmade, unique, or custom products may naturally vary.

An order is accepted after ATTA confirms it, verifies availability or production feasibility, and agrees the material terms: product, price, delivery, payment, and timing.

3. Payment, shipping, and returns

Available payment methods may include online payment and, for Ukraine, cash on delivery when shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

4. Content, restrictions, and liability

Site materials belong to ATTA or are used lawfully. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The website is provided as is. We aim for accuracy, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or that all content will be current at every moment.
